My Odyssey So Fine, It Dares To Defy This Very Time.
The names Mushba-- not Mishbah, not Muzbah, or Bushra, Mushba, M-U-S-H-B-A. I'm 19, in the most delightful country in the world (Pakistan), have the most revered of beliefs (Islam), and incase you haven't noticed, i LOVE GREEN; i'm also sarcastic, but i'd like to think i have a nice of humour, as i steer through these difficult waters i've suddenly found myself in, with the help of a blog no one reads, and a tumblr where i post whatever my heart desires. Currently, due to these difficult waters, i'm neglecting my online life to get a real life, but i'm sure you neglect a few things yourself, so we're even. Feel free to say hi (i'm very nice), or stalk (i can be very rude too!); whatever tickles your fancy.

This Tumblelog consists of reblogged photos and art i like; rants i've written myself; quotes that i collect; links of stuff i want to share/publicise; stuff from my art blog; & causes i support. A good way to navigate through my blog is to click the tags and use the index. Thank you for reading.
… So when i follow 5 random blogs about THE KILLERS, you can tell how sacred they are to me <3
Feminism is mocked by everyone, men and women alike, and that gives me all the more reason to call myself a feminist. But, before you misconceive what that is, allow me to declare what it means to me.
By saying that i am a feminist, i do not by any means declare the inferiority of conventional female lifestyles; on the contrary, i merely hope to gain the respect for those lifestyles that they deserve, and have never been given. Respect for the hard work and sacrifice of housewives and mothers around the world, whether they be women forced into marriage without a choice, or educated, privileged women who leave that privilege due to either an inner-calling, or societal pressure. Respect for taking the blame for several nonsensical allegations and biases. Respect that should equally be given to all human beings, irrespective of gender. Why does that make feminism bad?
Feminism comes in various forms, like all concepts developed by humankind, and hence, like all concepts, it has extremes and variations. The variation is believe in doesn’t disown the natural order or those women who believe in the natural or follow it; the variation i believe in only hopes to honour that natural order, expand societal horizons, and allow everyone to be equal, and stop victimisation, or self-victimisation in some cases. That doesn’t make me an unhappy woman hell bent on ruining the social fabric because of bad experiences, or social or religious misunderstandings.
The feminism i believe in isn’t a fashion statement to declare that i am a liberal; the feminism i believe in is a declaration to the world that I, on behalf of other members of the female species, still haven’t received the rights assigned to us by law, common sense, human decency and God.
